TW1 Gardening is a qualified head gardener service covering Twickenham, Strawberry Hill, St Margaret's, Richmond and the surrounding areas. Founded in 2014 by horticulturist Jan Choudhury, it has looked after more than 150 gardens, including some designed by RHS Chelsea gold medal winners.

What we do
Head gardener service
Regular horticultural visits, weekly, fortnightly or monthly. Feeding, weeding, mulching, staking and pruning at the right time of year, so the technical details are all handled.
Planting design
Qualified planting design with on-site preparation, planting and aftercare. Designs to refresh all or part of the garden and extend the season of interest.
Wildlife and environmental gardening
Wildflower meadow design and installation, organic methods for pests and diseases, on-site composting and biodiversity enhancements.
Consultancy and coaching
One-off or ongoing consultancy sessions, ideas for problem areas and annual planning for larger gardens. Coaching in techniques such as pruning, if you want to learn.
Irrigation and tree surgery
Irrigation systems installed, commissioned and maintained annually. Tree surgery specified and supervised.
